Ozzy Osbourne anuncia edição especial de 40 anos de ‘Blizzard of Ozz’

Ozzy Osbourne anunciou o lançamento de uma edição especial de Blizzard Of Ozz, em comemoração aos 40 anos de seu álbum de estreia.

O clássico disco, que marcou a estreia da carreira solo de Ozzy, inclui em sua edição digital expandida os hits “Crazy Train”, “Mr. Crowley” e “Suicide Solution”, além de versões que atualmente não estão disponíveis nas plataformas de streaming.

A reedição está prevista para sair nesta sexta-feira (18), via Sony/Legacy, e contará ainda com versões digitais dos vídeos Live & Loud (1993) e Live At Budokan (2002).

O DVD Live & Loud inclui participações de antigos companheiros de Black Sabbath (Geezer Butler, baixo; Bill Ward, bateria; e Tony Iommi, guitarra), junto com banda de Ozzy daquela época (Michael Inez, baixo; Randy Castillo, bateria; Zakk Wylde, guitarra; e Kevin Jones, teclados).

Já o DVD Live At Budokan inclui a música “Suicide Solution” e o solo de guitarra de Zakk Wylde com mais de 13 minutos, que foi cortado da versão em CD por causa do tempo.

Blizzard Of Ozz foi lançado originalmente em 20 de setembro de 1980 no Reino Unido.
